The purpose of this survey is to gather information concerning your experience as a student athlete at the University of Central Florida (UCF). We need your opinions about the quality of your athletic, academic, and social experiences at UCF. We are also interested in your knowledge of the NCAA rules and regulations, as well as the support you received as a student athlete. By completing this survey, you will greatly help us to identify existing areas of concern and to alert us to any changes needed to improve our services to student athletes in the future. Your specific responses are completely anonymous and confidential, and will not be shared with your coaching staff. Your input on this survey will be used by the Faculty Athletics Representative and Senior Athletic Administrators to improve our program. The purpose of Part II of this survey is to gather additional information concerning your experience as a student athlete at the University of Central Florida (UCF). We need your free response opinions about the quality of your athletic and academic experiences at UCF. We are also interested in the support you received as a student athlete. By completing Part II of the survey, you will greatly help us to identify existing areas of concern and to alert us to any changes needed to improve our services to student athletes in the future. Your specific responses will be held in confidence and will not be shared with your coaching staff.
