9.	The "Housing and Residence Life" session answered my questions about living on campus.

11.	"The UCF Connection" presentation provided valuable information on how the Alumni Association can benefit me and my student.
12.	"FERPA" explained the federal law as well as UCF's interpretation of the law.
13.	Information was presented clearly during the "Financial Assistance" presentation.
14.	The "Financial Assistance" presentation helped me to understand the financial assistance process.
15.	The "Fee Payment" presentation helped me to understand the tuition/fee policies and procedures.
16.	The "Family Reception" was an enjoyable closing activity for the first day of orientation.

24.	The "Family Small Group" provided me with a student's perspective of UCF and answered my questions.
25.	The "Career Services and Experiential Learning" presentation explained what services are available to help prepare my student for a career after graduation.
26.	The "Letting Go and Staying Connected" presentation provided helpful information on the important developmental issues and changes facing parents and students during a student's transition into college.
27.	The "Poster Session" format gave me the opportunity to obtain sufficient information from the participating offices.
